Cut fleece with flair with this 45-mm rotary cutter. Features include a retractable blade, safety lock, contoured handle and cushioned grip. Instructions for changing to left-handed use are included. This package contains one cutter. Uses replacement blades JT188, JT190 and JT191. CAUTION: Rotary cutter blades are razor sharp.
