I. PRODUCT COLORS

 

We try our best to have accurate colors for the pictures of our yarn but due to different desktop, laptop, or smartphone screens, colors may vary.

 

 

II. ACCOUNT CREATION

 

a.      Account Registration

You will need to register an account in our website with an Email and Password so you can place an order. Having an account enables you to shop faster, be up-to-date with an order’s status, and keep track of your previous orders.

 

b.      Facebook Login

You can also create an account by logging in via Facebook. Please make sure that the email registered to your Facebook account is an active email because we send all email updates to the email attached to your Facebook account. Please be aware that logging in via Facebook does not give us access to your Facebook account. The only information that we receive from Facebook is your Username and Email Address. 

 

 

III. WISH LIST

 

Items added to your Wish List are not reserved for you. It is just a wish list of items you are interested in for future purchases. We do not see the contents of your Wish List. You can add items later on from your Wish List to your Shopping Cart.

 

 

IV. SHOPPING CART

 

Items placed in your Shopping Cart are not reserved for you. We do not see the contents of your Shopping Cart until it is already checked out. Only upon checkout will those items be deducted from our stocks and reserved for you. Due to limited stocks of our products, we will reserve your checked out order for only three (3) days. Payment must be made within three (3) days. If they remain unpaid beyond the reservation period, the order will be cancelled and the items you checked out will be returned to our available stocks in our store.

 

 

V. DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERY

 

Due to the different weights and sizes of our merchandise, we will only be able to compute your delivery charge after you place your order at our website. Our website does not automatically compute shipping fee.

 

Please wait for our 2nd email with the total amount after you checkout your order from our website. The most cost-effective computation will be used to determine your final delivery fee.

 

a.      Metro Manila (Delivery Within 1-3 Business Days)

For destinations within Metro Manila, we use J&T and Ninja Van. We automatically use Ninja Van for COD purchases.

b.      Outside Metro Manila (Delivery Within 2-7 Business Days)

For destinations outside Metro Manila, we use J&T and JRS (whichever has the lower shipping rate). We automatically use Ninja Van for COD purchases limited to Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, and Pampanga. If you prefer a particular courier (J&T, JRS, or Ninja Van), please provide this information in the Comments section during checkout. We can also accommodate LBC only if it is COD or COP (Cash Upon Pick Up) – this must be indicated in the Comments section during checkout.

VI. PICK UP AT STORE / SAME-DAY DELIVERY

 

If you want to get your order within the day, you may personally pick up your order from our store in Pasig or you can book any app-based transport service like Grab Express, Lalamove, MrSpeedy, Happy Move, Angkas, Transportify, etc. from WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Bookings should be done by the client. We will provide booking instructions after you send us proof of payment.

 


VII. PAYMENT

 

We accept the following modes of payment. Payment details will be provided during checkout.

f.       Palawan Remittance

g.      Cash On Delivery (COD) via Ninja Van: Applicable within Metro Manila and surrounding areas (Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan, and Pampanga) only

 

 
VIII. PAYMENT CUTOFF FOR DOOR-TO-DOOR DELIVERIES

 

If proof of payment is sent on or before 10:00 AM, your package will be dispatched to the courier within day. If sent beyond the cutoff time, your package will automatically be dispatched to the courier next business day.

 

 

IX. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

 

Once payment is made, please send proof of payment to store@gantsilyo.com or send it as a private message to our Facebook Page, Gantsilyo Guru Selections. Please ensure that the image you will provide is clear enough to show the details. After you have sent your proof of payment, please wait for our email with your tracking information the soonest your package is shipped out.
