Policies and Procedures
For your convenience, we have created My Account so you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an order’s status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.
Items added to your Wish List are not reserved for you. It is really just a wish list of items you are interested in for future purchases.
We try our best to have accurate colors for the pictures of our yarn but due to different desktop, laptop, or smartphone screens, colors may vary.
Items placed in your shopping cart are not yet reserved for you. Only upon checkout will those items be deducted from our stocks and reserved for you. Due to limited stocks of our merchandise, we will reserve those items in your shopping cart only for three (3) days. Payment must be made within the said reservation period. If they remain unpaid beyond the reservation period, the order will be cancelled and the items you checked out will be returned to our available stocks in our store. You may place a new order again if you still want to get those items.
For now, we accept the following modes of payment:
a. BPI Bank Deposit
You can deposit at any BPI branch nationwide (not BPI Family Savings). No fees are charged if you deposit at any BPI branch within the country. If you have a BPI Express Online Account, you may also do a funds transfer via the BPI App. Account details will be provided in the checkout process.
b. BDO Bank Deposit
You can deposit at any BDO branch nationwide. No fees are charged if you deposit at any BDO branch within Metro Manila. For deposits made outside Metro Manila, BDO charges a handling fee of PhP 50. If you have a BDO online account, you can enroll our BDO account for funds transfer. Account details will be provided in the checkout process.
c. Unionbank Bank Deposit
You can deposit at any Unionbank branch nationwide. Handling fees may apply for deposits made from branches outside of Metro Manila. You may also opt to do an electronic funds transfer if you have a Unionbank online (including EON) account. Account details will be provided in the checkout process.
You may opt to pay via PayPal if you have a PayPal account. Corresponding PayPal fees apply. Details will be provided in the checkout process.
e. LBC Money Transfer
You may remit your payment at any LBC Branch and we will pick up the payment at LBC. Depending on the amount to be remitted, LBC charges a service fee. Also, LBC only accepts bills. In cases where the amount remitted exceeds the amount due, your change will be included in your package. Details required by LBC will be provided in the checkout process.
f. Palawan Express Remittance
You may remit your payment at any Palawan Express Branch and we will pick up the payment at Palawan Express. Depending on the amount to be remitted, Palawan Express charges a service fee. Details required by Palawan Express will be provided in the checkout process.
g. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery is only applicable if delivery is within Metro Manila. There is also a minimum order amount of PHP 500 (without shipping fee yet) to be able to avail of this payment method. Kindly pay the exact amount inclusive of the shipping fee as the courier may not have change.
Once payment is deposited or remitted, you must email a scanned copy or photo of the deposit/transaction slip to email@example.com or send it as a private message to our Facebook Page, Gantsilyo Guru Selections. Do ensure that the image you will provide is clear enough to show the details. After you have sent your proof of payment, you will receive via email, within 12 hours, your package's tracking information.
Sending of scanned copy or photo of deposit/transaction slip is not applicable to payments made via PayPal as we are able to receive an automatic email of your payment from PayPal.
a. Domestic (Philippines)
We deliver door-to-door nationwide via Ninja Van or JRS (provincial only). We base our computation of your delivery fee on JRS and Ninja Van’s rates (see table below). Due to the different weights and sizes of our merchandise, we will only be able to give you, via email, the delivery fee due within 6 hours upon check out. The most cost-effective computation will be used to determine your final delivery fee.

*GMA areas of coverage include: Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal
*Ninja Van’s provincial coverage apply to select areas of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

b. Same-Day Direct Delivery Via App-Based Transport Service (Grab Express, Lalamove, etc.)
Our clients may opt to have their orders picked up by any app-based transport service like Grab Express, Lalamove, Transportify, etc. during our store hours (Wed-Sun, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Bookings are done by the client.
International shipments are handled on a case-to-case basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you checkout your order.
If proof of payment is sent on or before 12:00 noon, your package will be picked up by the courier from us on the same day. If sent beyond the cutoff time, your package will automatically be picked up by the courier next business day. Please take note that Xend and Ninja Van only operate from Monday to Saturday (except Holidays). Transit time for your package is as follows:
- Metro Manila: 1-2 business days from courier pickup
- Provincial (LuzVisMin): 2-7 business days from courier pickup
Should you prefer to preorder through our website and pick up your order at our store, you are required to prepay your order within our reservation period of three (3) days.
